Hotels in Seychelles are unique, especially the smaller establishments like us, which have an abundance of charm and a unique quality not usually offered by the bigger commercial establishments.
At Auberge Chez Plume, we have 9 rooms in total. 7 rooms are double/twins, and 2 family rooms cater for families of up to 5 people.
All rooms are equipped with fans, air-conditioning, fridges and desks. TV service is 18 channels of both TV and radio, and telephone service allows FREE local calls within Seychelles to any number. Our phones are also direct in-dial, so your friends can reach you directly where you are staying…
The rooms are situated around our quaint, private tropical garden and swimming pool, where one can relax each day to the sound of our local tropical birds such as the magpie robin, the ground dove and the martin, all the while reclining in one of our hammocks under a sun shade.
Adjacent to the restaurant in our other garden is a children’s play area and jungle gym, so your little ones can play in a safe outdoor environment while you relax in the restaurant or your room.
Our rooms, restaurant, public areas and surroundings are all kept at the highest level of cleanliness in order to provide you with a safe and Covid-free environment, giving you a calm peace of mind while you vacation with us.

Payment Policy, Cancellation Policy & Location Information
Payment Policy
- Booking Confirmation & Deposit: Guests arriving within 30 days have their credit cards charged for 100% of the booking.
- In the event that you have to cancel more than 14 days prior to arrival, we will refund 50% of the applicable total booking cost.
- In the event that you have to cancel less than 14 days prior to arrival, you will surrender 100% of the applicable total booking cost.
- All bookings by email are confirmed by email.
- Payment guarantee should be provided by credit card during the reservations process, and should include your CVV/CVC number. We accept Visa and Mastercard. All credit card transactions are secure and no data collected is offered to third parties for any reason. All transactions comply to the relevant legal requirements in Seychelles at the time of the transaction.
Cancellation Policy
- By making a booking with us, you agree to be bound by our Cancellation Policy.
- Should your travel arrangements change, you should inform us as soon as is practicable to allow us to re-allocate the room(s).
- Cancellation received within 30 days prior to the date of arrival will be subject to a 50% (of confirmed room nights’ value) cancellation charge.
- Cancellation received within 14 days prior to the date of arrival will be subject to a 100% (of confirmed room nights’ value) cancellation charge.
- A penalty charge amounting to 100% of the total nights’ value is applicable for no-show, reduced nights or under-stays.
Location Information
- Auberge Chez Plume is located on the West Coast of the main island of Mahe.
- You can rent a car at Seychelles International Airport – we can arrange to meet you there with rental cars if you require. Our prices for Auberge guests are Euro 40 per day for a small car, if it as part of your package.
- From the Airport, the driving distance is 9.4 km and it takes approximately 25 minutes to reach the hotel by taking the East Coast Road and the Montagne Posee Road and turn right when you reach the West Coast. Alternatively you can drive via the La Misere Road and turn left when you reach the West Coast.
- We can pre-arrange luxury private chauffeured transfers for you at a cost of Euro 70 each way, should you notify us at least 24 hours prior to arrival.
- Alternatively, taxis can be obtained at the Airport at most arrival times, but can be expensive.
